Barnaby Wickham’s Bio • Barnaby Wickham is the Director of Marketing for MET Laboratories, a leading independent product testing lab with operations in North America, Asia and Europe.  • Barnaby has over 15 years of experience in engineering, operations, and management, with the past 9 years devoted to the practice of marketing of technical products and services. •  Barnaby has an MBA from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business.

Dov Hoffman’s Bio • Dov Hoffman, utilizes his experience in digital marketing to serve as Marketing Coordinator for Right Source Marketing, a strategic marketing consulting firm that helps companies create and implement content-driven, digital-focused initiatives designed to fuel business growth. Dov graduated from the College of Business and Economics at Towson University in 2010 while pursuing a double major in e-Business and Marketing. • Dov has been an active member of AMA Baltimore since April 2008, serving as Student Liaison during his collegiate career and received special board recognition in 2009-2010 as Volunteer of the Year. Dov recently completed his third year as VP of Membership supporting the Chapter's strategic and tactical initiatives. Under his direction the Chapter earned a Membership Special Merit Award for 80% member satisfaction rating and an 18% increase in total membership in 2010-2011. Dov is currently serving as VP of Collegiate Relations focused on developing the relationships with local colleges and universities while building a stronger marketing community in the Greater Baltimore area between the students and marketing professionals.

  34. Erika Milenkovic’s Bio • Erika is the Resource Development Specialist at Maryland New Directions (MND), a nonprofit dedicated to helping struggling job-seekers find employment. She manages the organization’s marketing and fundraising efforts to raise support for its programs. When she is not at MND, Erika participates in creative and collaborative opportunities in the region. She currently serves as the Vice President of Communications for the Baltimore Chapter of the American Marketing Association and is also an exhibiting fine artist.

  35. Mira Davis-Kelly’s Bio • Mira is a seasoned market researcher currently working as part of the Observation Baltimore Management team. A trained researcher, her strengths include strategic project management skills, as well as strong analytical and project management experience. Mira's spirited approach to research and expertise are appreciated by clients and colleagues, as is her genuine interest in successful outcomes. She holds a BEd in education from York University and a BA in psychology from Queens University, both universities are located in Ontario Canada. Mira's unique and extensive background in market research and operations bring an intelligent approach to all projects conducted at Observation Baltimore.

  36. Colleen McKenna’s Bio • Colleen McKenna, principal of Intero Advisory, LLC, connects professionals and businesses to insight, opportunities and talent. Teaching and coaching business professionals and their company on ways to effectively build their personal and professional brand through LinkedIn. Colleen’s personal mission is to teach and empower others to empower themselves. • Colleen McKenna has been an active LinkedIn member since 2006 and has woven this online professional social network into her sales strategy with measurable results. Since launching her business Colleen has coached and trained over 3000 professionals on how to use LinkedIn to further their professional brand and goals. In 2012, Intero Advisory became a LinkedIn Affiliate Partner, one of 50 in the country.
