  8. Records • Two kinds of Records: • Reporters • Reports

  9. Reporter Profile The Reporter Profileis one half of the Records tab, where users can view a summary of their vital information.

  10. Profile Actions The Profile in NextGen NTD is a new feature that contains essential information about a reporter from one report year to the next. Information contained in the profile, in concert with other processes, are used to generate appropriate report packages and forms.

  11. Report Homepage • The other half of the Records tab is the Report Homepage, where users can view a summary of their AnnualReport.

  12. Report Actions • Th Report Actions lists the necessary components of your Annual Report as determined by your Reporter Type. Some actions, such as Submit Annual Report Package, are seen only by specific user types—in this case the CEO.

  14. Report Kickoff • Accepting a Task • Confirm Reporter Contact Information • Confirm Mode Information • Confirm Reporter Type (previous fiscal year) • Declare Reporter Type (new fiscal year)

  15. Monthly Ridership • Accessible Through Tasks • Click Edit to enter data in a month • Click Tab to commit data to database • Click Submit ONLY when all data points (12x4 = 48) have been entered.

State & Rural (Part I) • State Report Kickoff defines subrecipients (both new and existing) • Location of subrecipient kickoff determined by reporting status • If subrecipient is granted self-reporting rights, then the kickoff task is the responsibility of the subrecipient • If the subrecipient is denied self-reporting rights, then the kickoff task is the responsibility of the state

  17. State & Rural (Part II) • Rural subrecipients cannot submit a report package. This remains a responsibility of the State. • There is no RU-10 or RU-30 • RU-10 functionality now part of the Profile • RU-30 is currently being redesigned, and not included in Pilot • State FFA-10 (new functionality) is currently being redesigned

Contractual Relationship (B-30) • Split in two parts: • Manage B-30 function accessible on Basic Information Module (Add/Remove Contractual Relationship buttons) • B-30 form requires user input to display all data points. • User must define contractual relationship first by clicking Update upon entry into the form.

  20. Sources of Funds (F-10) • Read-only summary page on entry • Edit form by section to improve data accuracy. • Summary page updates upon return to show totals

  21. Revenue Vehicle Inventory (A-30) • Combined A-30 and R-30 • Select a fleet, then click a button to accomplish data-entry tasks • Less reliance on acronyms during data-entry

  22. Federal Funding Allocation Statistics (FFA-10) • First, select Reporting Method • Second, select UZA • Distribute within a single UZA • Repeat as necessary across all UZAs

  23. Issue Management –Report Level Issue Management exists in two places; the first is at the Report Level. By clicking on View Issues at the Report Level, the user can see all the issues for a report package.

  24. Issue Management –Form Level Issue Management is also located at the Form Level When accessing Issue Management at the form level, the system displays only those issues associated with that particular form.

  27. Submission & Closeout In order to submit a Report Package a reporter must complete all forms and have no open issues. By clicking the Submit Annual Report Packageaction the user will either initiate the closeout process OR receive notification regarding outstanding issues preventing submission.

  30. Contacting Your Analyst • Use Messaging function at the top of your Newsfeed to contact your analyst • Posts are always public • An unlocked message allows users to add new participants • A locked message allows for a private conversation between original participants
