Business Management. • SOBHIT SAHU PersuingB.tech in Computer Science and Engineering and has expertise in AI,APP Development,Web Designing and Database Management and Security.

PAIN POINTS • Majority of Young Shoppers and Students don’t have premium cards or Private Sector Banking facilities due to the high Charges. • Majority of Shoppers fail to avail the bank and Card offers as most of them are sponsored by Private Sector Banks. • There are lot many hidden costs and charges for opening and maintaining banking relationships with such banks. • Many customers fail to maintain the Average Balance Requirements of such banks and end up paying charges for it. • The Young Shoppaholic generation want to open accounts in private banks but fail to do so due to the heavy diposits and Average Balance requirements.

VALUE PROPOSITION • Our Concept would allow them to avail certain benefits of private sector banks and Avail all ongoing Card offers from such banks at various shopping channels(both online and offline) • Our Concept has no hidden costs or balance maintainance requirements and is transparent with fair service charges. • It enables the user to pay through multiple payment channels(as per different offers) from one single Card/App. • So in common terms a person can avail any ongoing bank offer while purchasing from different merchants without actually opening an account with those banks.

SOLUTION • Our Solution to the addressed problems is Our Payment Card Concept. • A Card that will enable the user to avail any ongoing bank offers from our partner banks at the point of sale. • The Card will be connected to an App that will enable the user to carry out the entire transaction(from selecting the bank offer to making the payment)

FEASIBILITY FACTOR • I am into Market research of Financial Institutions,Banks(Private and Public) and NBFC’s for more than a year. • I have gained relevant knowledge in Marketing,Business Management processes and Organisational Styles of such institutions. • My Partner SobhitSahu is an expert in Computer science and has relevant knowledge in AI,App Development and Database Magnagement and also in Payment Systems. • I Believe with our combined skills,knowledge and efforts we can build this venture and infact with our innovative concept we can make this one of the biggest startups in this country.

NSRCEL • We are looking forward for Expert guidence and mentoring in Pitching our business concept to our partner banks. • We are looking forward for Guidence and advice from existing entrepreneurs or Relevant peoples. • We are looking forward for Marketing Assistance from NSRCEL. • We are looking forward for Venture Capital support through connecting us with VCs.

  8. PROGRESS REPORT • We are ready with the Concept,Detailed Business Models,Revenue Models and Future Projections. • Once we are done with acquiring partner banks support we will start with the App Development Process followed by a test run. • Once the App is ready and tested we will be starting our Marketing and Promotional Operations.
