Fluxograma de Atendimento - TIREOPATIAS NÓDULOS TIREOIDIANOS Avaliar: história, exame físico, TSH e USG de tireóide TSH < 0,5 TSH normal TSH alto ENCAMINHAR Avaliar características do nódulo (Tratar hipotireoidismo conforme fluxograma) Nódulo cístico <2cm; ou Nódulo sólido <1cm; SEM características suspeitas * Nódulo cístico <2cm; ou Nódulo sólido <1cm; COM características suspeitas * Nódulo cístico ≥2cm; ou Nódulo sólido =1cm SEGUIR NA UBS ENCAMINHAR ENCAMINHAR TSH e USG de tireoide anuais * Características suspeitas: idade <20 anos, história familiar de câncer da tireoide, exposição prévia à radiação, crescimento rápido do nódulo, rouquidão, linfadenomegalia cervical, paralisia de cordas vocais, microcalcificações no interior do nódulo ao ultrassom, fluxo sanguíneo aumentado no centro do nódulo ao Doppler.
