  1. Soft Skills: What They Are And How To Develop Them Nowadays, soft skills are not a new term as you hear it often from your friends, relatives, and various other circles. Hearing about it is not enough. You might often think about soft skills. You might come across the term skills, but you are more curious when the word soft is added. WHAT ARE SOFT SKILLS? Soft skills are personality characteristics, behaviors, and personal skills that we use to interact with others. In the workplace, soft skills represent our workability. In 2019 Society of Human Resource Management declared Soft skills as one of the top abilities missing amongst job applications. It is not only tied to a specific profession; they are releted to our personality as well. Although Soft skills are less actual than hard skills, soft skills can be learned and developed to improve yourself. Also there are some fundamental soft skills for workspace like creativity, emotional intelligence, collaboration, persuasion, etc. There are many ways to Learning & Development In Soft Skills. WHY SOFT SKILLS ARE IMPORTANT? The major reason that making soft skills popular is the rapidly changing world. Nowadays, technology is changing the way that a loy of these hard skills is done. So businesses and industries are always looking for ways to make more money. The way they do this is by saving more money. Companies can do this by targeting the hard skills that they normally would have hired someone to do, and now they are replacing them with Technology. That means that Technology is becoming faster, smaller, cheaper, and easy to access. We have to accept this part because it is beyond what we can do. So a person with hard skills alone will become more less valuable, so in order to stand out you need to emphasize soft skills specialties In this matter, you need to Learning & Development In Soft Skills. SOME SOFT SKILLS EXAMPLE : 1. Problem Solving 2. Team Work 3. Communication 4. Productivity 5. Time Management SOME RELEVANT SOFT SKILLS : 1. CREATIVITY: What is creativity? It is the most Important skill in the workspace. But it is always not about designer or artists. It is all about thinking creatively to find innovative solutions to solve problems in your company. HOW TO BE CREATIVE?

It is also recognized and empathize with the emotions of those around you. Emotional intelligence is a highly needed skill in the workspace. Being able to control your emotions and understand your co-worker’s motivation is the way to maintain a productive relationship. How to improve it? Self-empathy and self-awareness is the main key to your emotional intelligence. If you can't do that by yourself, right training can do that for you. 4. THE POWER OF CRITICAL THINKING : It is the power to analyze information and find the proper reason behind everything. Your critical thinking skill takes information or problems in the workspace and processes them most logically with extract value. Critical thinking not only improve time management, but it also makes you a quick problem solver. How to improve it? The first and main step is to understand the information you have thoroughly. Don’t take anything by their face value. Critical thinking not only a valuable asset. It also makes you a better decision-maker 5.FLEXIBILITY OR ADAPTABILITY : Flexibility or adaptability skills are the ability to accept changes with a positive mindset. We all face many problems that are completely unexpected in our workspace. But those who have skills of flexibility or adaptability they approach these situations calmly and find many solutions as well. In the current situation, all workspaces are going through many changes. Being able to see them as a opportunity is an attractive asset for yourself and your company. How to improve it?
