  3. Characteristics of the mobility project networks: IVT, PLM, VETPRO With regard to the types of organisationswhich can act as proposing organisms, the rules of the LLP are explicit: with particular reference to corporations which wish to present themselves as candidates for a Leonardo da Vinci mobility project, there may be: • Institutions and organisations that offer learning opportunities in the areas covered by various sectorial programmes; • Associations and representatives that work in the field of education and vocational training; including the associations of in-training people and those of parents and teachers; • Businesses, social parts and representatives of the labour market, including the Chambers of Commerce; • The organisations that provide careers services, advice and information linked to any aspect of life-long learning; • Institutes of secondary education; • Charity organisations, voluntary associations and non-profit making organisations.

The potential beneficiaries belong to two different types, either self-employed people or workers in mobility or in redundancy payment, either newly-graduated or newly- qualified people.
