  4. LONG TERM GOAL: • Adopt 21st century teaching approaches, Revised Bloom Taxonomy, Self System, and Cognitive Process Dimensions to enhance students appreciation of learning Islamiyat.

  5. SHORT TERM GOALS: • Change the learning skills through the modern questioning techniques. • Enhance student’s analytical and critical approaches towards the subject. • Change teaching strategies to make it easier for students to memories. • Encourage students to collaborate more among themselves.

  13. Lack of interest in students. Students may disagree to work in groups. Lengthy syllabus to cover in inappropriate time. Extra burden for checking. Uncertain holidays. Principal may disagree with my different approach. Non availability of resources. CHALLENGES :

  14. Solutions : • Use activity based learning techniques. (pictorial, role play , story telling quiz, research work etc) • Encourage students to use internet and selective websites. • Guide students how to use references from the Holy Quran , hadith and other books. • Peer-checking, group work • Arrange extra periods for missing work (and for underachievers). • Make suitable and acceptable changing.
