Romwe Return Conditions<br><br>1. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to decide if the item is right for you. We will gladly accept any product that is not packed, unwashed or purchased at romwe.com for returns.<br>2. Please note that the following items cannot be returned: underwear, underwear and sleepwear, bathing suits, jewelry, personal and health care, and accessories (excluding scarves, bags and mermaid blankets).<br>3. Items with non-returnable labels and gifts cannot be returned.<br>4. Do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and will affect your return processing.<br>Note: Be sure to check your returns before shipping. Find the order by my order, click the "Return Point" button.<br>3. Select the item (s) you want to return, list the reasons, then send.<br>4. Choose the return and return method of your choice.<br>5. You will be required to pay a $ 5.99 refund card, which will be deducted from the refund.<br><br>Romwe Refunds Policy:<br>Return will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your package. Refund will be made to Romwe Wallet or original payment account upon request.<br>Return refunds are non-refundable (we do not accept return packages used with shipping C.O.D).<br><br>Note: Original shipping and insurance are not returned.<br><br>Romwe Exchange Policy<br>Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges at this time.
