  4. VM CoP Mailing List • The VM CoP has a Listserv mailing list: • VMCOP-PHIN@listserv.cdc.gov • To send mail to the community, send to the Listserv address. Remember that mail sent here will go to everyone in the community and be cautious when replying to just one person that you aren’t accidentally replying to everyone.

  5. Common Listserv Commands • Listserv members can manage their own subscriptions. All of these commands should be sent in an otherwise empty email to the Listserv address, LISTSERV@LISTSERV.CDC.GOV. • How do I subscribe to the list? • SUBSCRIBE VMCOP-PHIN FIRSTNAME LASTNAME • How do I unsubscribe from the list? • SIGNOFF VMCOP-PHIN • I want to get all the list mail in one daily delivery. How do I do that? • SET VMCOP-PHIN DIGEST • I am going to be out of the office and don’t want my mail to pile up. Can I turn my subscription off temporarily? • SET VMCOP-PHIN NOMAIL to turn it off • SET VMCOP-PHIN MAIL to turn it back on
