  2. About Young Leaders Our Mission: Spark a movement to drive lasting community change in the Quad Cities by focusing on Education. How are we going to make this happen? By energizing young leaders in the Quad Cities to get more involved in helping the community by giving, advocating and volunteering. United Way of the Quad Cities Area

  3. Defining a Young Leader A Young Leader is anyone under 40 who falls into one of the three current giving levels: $250-$499 Prospective Young Leader $500-$749 Young Leader $750+ Young Leader VIP United Way of the Quad Cities Area

  4. Young Leader Benefits Prospective Young Leader. Donations at this level start at $5/week.Benefits:*Invitation to annual United Way events, volunteer opportunities and Young Leader socials*Recognition on United Way of the Quad Cities’ website (unitedwayqc.org)*Knowing that your gift is helping local children and students succeed in life Young Leader. Donations at this level start at $10/week.Benefits – All of the above plus:*Special recognition at your workplace *Special recognition and benefits at events (e.g., give-aways, priority registration, etc.)*Arranged luncheon with a community leader (optional)*Possible invite to the Steering Committee United Way of the Quad Cities Area

Donations at this level start at $15/week.Benefits – All of the above plus: *Exclusive benefits at events *Membership to The Network*A copy of the most recent Leadership, Motivation and Professionalism advice book*Exclusive networking opportunity to meet young professionals across the country United Way of the Quad Cities Area

  6. New – Young Leader Fast Track! To encourage more donors, we have developed a Fast Track program. As a "Fast-Track" donor, you can increase your annual investment over the next three years, and be recognized now at your newly chosen leadership level! Option 1: Fast track to Prospective Young Leaders.Year 1: $1.70/week Year 2: $3.4/week Year 3: $5/week Option 2: Fast track to Young LeadersYear 1: $5/week Year 2: $7.50/week Year 3: $10/week Option 3: Fast track to Leadership GivingYear 1: $10/week Year 2: $15.50/week Year 3: $20/week United Way of the Quad Cities Area
