Don Tricker Team leader, coaching for sport and recreation New Zealand (SPARC) Tim Prendergast Partially blind paralympic gold medalist Mary Kippenberger Childrens storyteller Rob Harley Documentary maker and motivational speaker Pio Terei comedian, actor, company director and TV personality Who's who?

  5. Don Tricker Don Tricker taught me a lot about being a leader and being myself. He taught me that leaders need to have confidence that anything is possible, not to focus on the past but to focus on the future. He said understanding and accepting others is leadership Here's something that has to shock you! Don asked quiz questions and awarded correct answers with money, $2 and $5!!! Leadership is to do what is right even when you are afraid

Mary Kippenberger And husband Peter Mary preformed a story with a boy named Liam about a spanish cockroach that longed to be beautiful Liam was faced with a challenge, he had to dress up as a FEMALE cockroach in front of 2500 poeple. Yes Did he do it? The point is... Leadership is knowing it's not always about winning Liam took a risk and he made his own decision

Tim Prendergast S-self confidence T-training O-oppourtunity P-practice M-motivation E-encouragement Even though Tim only has five percent of the eye sight we have, he has proved he can still do extraordinary things for example earning a gold medal if you want to be a leader you'll need to be able to encourage others too I will now introduce you to STOP ME Leadership is doing something good for another STOP ME

  8. Pio Terei Pio told us the most hilarious story (that I don't have time to share with you) he told us great leaders have fun and make plans he said that you need the courage to take control leaders must have support Leadership is doing whatever we can to make something better

Rob Harley From Rob Harley I learnt that I will need to do whatever it takes to achieve my life goals Look up, not down he said he told us don't get bitter get better about the situation I would thoroughly recommend watching one of his super inspirational documentaries one day Leadership is being brave enough to help
