  4. Aspirational Culture • Interventions for all – and compulsory • Mock results day • Staff room ‘war room’ board • Use of sixth formers to inspire

  5. G and T Strategy • Year 7 assessment in all subjects plus cat predictions • EAL G&T programme • Once G&T, always G&T

  6. Specific Interventions • Equal resourcing to C/D borderline work • Setting in all core subjects • No early entry for top sets • Use of e-learning platform for extension work • Sixth form assisted A*/A sessions in English and Humanities

  7. Celebration of results throughout the school
