3. What is the Purpose of the Hoa? The Homeowner’s Association is designed to be a collection of lot owners who want to enrich their community, and protect their investment. You became a part of the HOA when you purchased your home!
The Homeowner’s BOARD are elected residents who are entrusted with the “responsibility of providing for the care and upkeep of the common elements and limited common elements” per the by-laws page 33.
The by-laws guide the BOARD and HOA members!

18. The Ugly Truth We have to raise the current monthly dues or one of two things will happenn:
We’ll go bankrupt and have to be bailed out by a management company who will raise the dues and provide less service
We’ll have to take out loans to support our shortage and dues will sky rocket to support that loan payment
19. Examples -Neighborhood #1 ($75k-125k)
dues- $138 for the same services we have plus water
- Neighborhood #2 ($90k-110k)
dues- $128 for the same services we have
- Neighborhood #3 (190k-215k)
dues- $93(for now) for almost the same services we have
I’m sure you have discovered through talking with your own friends that our dues here are extremely cheap
