Police failure to act according to Macpherson recommendations leads to Race Riot in Tottenhamspilling over into Civil unrest across England (London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds Sheffield etc) November 2011 Still no investigation into the role of the police in the death of Mark Duggan but the Coalition Government is ‘very concerned about gangs in our inner cities.’ Terry Mortimer
