  1. RESOLUTIONS The symposium recommends that EAC CASSOA holds the safety and security symposium annually.

  2. RESOLUTION TWO • The symposium agrees that more involvement of stakeholders during Regulation and Technical Guidance development and amendment will be embraced

  3. RESOLUTION THREE • The symposium urges CASSOA establishes regional safety and security technical groups to discuss safety and security issues.

  4. RESOLUTION FOUR • The symposium recommends the Civil Aviation Authorities and Air Operators to develop and implement systematic training programmes including indoctrination for their technical personnel.

  5. RESOLUTION FIVE • The symposium urges that the CAAs and CASSOA create greater security awareness for all air fields.

  6. RESOLUTION SIX • The symposium recommends that the EAC fast tracks the study and implementation of Upper Airspace.
