  2. FREEyourselffrom Disorder While easy to blame outsidefactors, like a lack of time or space, it is often our mindset (wayofthinking) that keeps us in a state of disorder. Disorganization negatively impacts our qualityoflife. By identifying why we are in disorder we can find solutions.

  3. Benefits of organization • Scorebonustime • If you found an extra hour every day to do whatever you want, how would you spend it? Reduce the amount of time you spend simply looking for stuff and you are on your way! • Cashin • Save money and protect your things by getting organized instead of losing your favorite possessions. • Chillout • Reduce your stress, be on time and reduce excuses to make up for disorganization. • Stayconnected • Stress negatively impacts self-esteem/confidence and takes away brain energy to spend time with friends. If you’re more relaxed; your friends will be more relaxed too! • Beindependent • The more consistently organized you are, the more your parents and others will trust you. Earning more trust can result in greater independence for decision-making.
