I do fully release L.I.S.D., The Town of Flower and its employees, Marcus Tennis Booster Club, and officers from their own negligence for failure to properly design, inspect, or supervise the activities to be engaged in or equipment to be used by the undersigned of the minor from whom the undersigned has signed this release. The school district does not provide any medical or other insurance protection or benefits for those who use recreational equipment or engage in activities on school district premises. The Marauder Spring Open Tennis Tournament February 27 & 28, 2010 Primary Sites: Marcus High School and Flower Mound High School Entry Fees:$16 for singles/$32 for doubles Deadline: February 23, 2010 Tournament Director: Kelly Langdon, USPTA (817)233-5793 Events: Boys & Girls Singles & Doubles 12 14 16 18 Junior Mixed Doubles under14 or 14 & above Men & Women’s Singles, Doubles, & Mixed 3.0 & below, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5 & above, Adult/Child 13 & under Notes: Start times can be found on www.marcustennis.org beginning at 1:00pm on Friday, February 26th. Contact Deb Finley (debfinley@hotmail.com) Entry fee must accompany all entries. Participants are limited to (2) events. Telephone entries not accepted. No refunds after the draw has been made. No refunds for rain-outs. Events with fewer than 4 entries will be combined with next higher division. Check in 15 minutes prior to first round match. Adults: 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring, 10 pt. tiebreak for 3rd set. Juniors: 8 game pro sets. Juniors may only play in Adult divisions 4.0+ Champs & Supers must play up 1 division. USTA Code of Conduct will be enforced. Medals for 1st, 2nd, and consolation winners. Consolation for all singles events & for all doubles events with draws of 8 and above. Drinks and snacks for sale in “The Tennis Shack”
