Answer 1: True – The 3C approach reduces undeliverable mail and ensures timely and predictable delivery. Question 2: All commercial mailing software products return the same type of return codes. Answer 2: False – The return codes can vary. Check with your current provider to understand their approach. Question 3: Return codes can be leveraged as part of a filter process for determining rate and sortation eligibility. Answer 3: True – Decision trees can be built to leverage USPS and industry provided advanced correction services.
