  1. 第3版 Mini-world 万花筒

  2. 除了口味,可口可乐最具特色的是什么? 当然是它的流线瓶 (contour bottle) 啦! The Coca-Cola Contour Bottle The Coca-Cola bottle is called the contour bottle. It was created by bottle designer, Earl R. Dean. In 1915, the Coca-Cola Company (可口可乐公司) launched a competition to create a new bottle for the drink, a bottle which “people could recognize even if they felt it in the dark”.

  3. At first, Dean wanted to base the bottle’s design on one of the drink’s two ingredients, the coca leaf or the cola nut. So he went to the library to find pictures of coca and cola. But, in the library, he got interested in a picture of the cocoa pod. Over the next 24 hours, Dean created a bottle based on the picture! He won the competition, and his contour bottle became the standard for the Coca-Cola Company. Today, the contour Coco-Cola bottle is well-recognized ... even in the dark!

  4. like a fish out of water Meaning: to feel uncomfortable because you feel you do not belong in a place 感到生疏,不自在 Story: 中国人常用成语“如鱼得水”来形容一个人处于对自己非常合适的环境中,而美国人常用的 俗语却正好与之相反—— like a fish out of water。其字面意思是“如离 水之鱼”,引申为“感到生疏, 不自在”。 Example: I feel like a fish out of water in my new school. 我在新学校里感到很不适应。

I think that I bought a lemon. 我买的二手车不是很好。我想我买到了一件次品。
