COSA FARE NEL CASO CHE UN CITTADINO HA L’ESIGENZA DI DOVER CONTATTARE IL PROPRIO RILEVATORE : • Il cittadino che dovesse avvertire la necessità di dover contattare il proprio rilevatore potrà comunicarlo, a far data dal 09/10/2011, all’ Ufficio Comunale di Censimento ai numeri telefonici : 081/2360304 – 081/2360303 – 081/2360361 – 0812360362 - dalle 08:30 alle 19:00 nei giorni dal lunedì al venerdì ; • Lascerà: nome , cognome, data di nascita e indirizzo di residenza; • Sarà cura dell’ UCC programmare la visita , laddove sarà possibile , concordare anche l’ora e il giorno che il rispondente riterrà più comodo alle sue esigenze per ricevere il rilevatore ; • Particolare attenzione e priorità sarà fornita alle persone anziane, inferme, o impossibilitate a far recapitare il modello del censimento ad uno dei centri di raccolta.
