  5. First step: set up your personal profile for future access and easy ordering

  6. Select the Brand or Campaign Guidance Button Brand-specific marketing pieces, including advertising templates and in-store signage Strategic campaign ideas with collateral guidance and recommendations

  7. Select the Brand Button

  8. Select a Document to customize from the available items on the page. Click on the desired thumbnail image to begin.

  9. Customizing a template piece - Branded Postcard

  10. Customizable Form Filling Fields: Use your company’s information to populate the form filling blanks on the template.

  11. Customizable Copy: Choose from a “pull-down” menu containing several pre-written copy choices or customize by typing copy into the form filling fields.

  12. Customizable Logos: Upload a logo to a pre-determined position and size. For best results, provide logo files as .tif, .eps or .jpg with a minimum resolution of 200 dots per inch. Substandard logo files will yield substandard print quality.

  13. Customizable Images: Choose from a variety of images* by selecting the “Click here to select the postcard image”. * Images are from the MBCI Master Image Library

  14. Updating the View Most fields will update automatically as field data in entered. Clicking the “Update” button will ensure that the changes have been applied. Review the item using the On-Screen preview, or click “Larger View” to download a scalable preview image.

  15. Moving Forward Once satisfied with the content of the document, move forward by choosing Editing Step “2) Printing” on the left of the screen or clicking the “Next Step” button.

  16. Order Quantity Fill in the desired number of copies under “Quantity”. After filling in the quantity select “3) Finish” from the Editing Steps menu or click “Next Step”. FREE PDFdownloads are available.

  17. Finishing the Custom Order Rename the flyer to uniquely identify it from others that may have been ordered; once complete click “Add to Shopping Cart”. Other options include “Quit Without Saving” which will eliminate the piece altogether, and “Larger View” to review the piece before submission.

  18. Verify or Save the Order in the Shopping Cart Once the Order is transferred to the Shopping Cart it is Saved. From the Shopping Cart we can Edit, Preview, Duplicate, Delete or Hold for Later. To Checkout click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.

  19. Checkout Steps – Shipping Address Print Products will require a Valid Street Address – PO Boxes cannot be shipped to for package delivery

  20. Checkout Steps – Payment Print Products will require Payment via Credit Card. VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted. After filling in info select “2) Order” or “Next Step”.

  21. Place Order The final step in the ordering process – Click the “PLACE ORDER” button to finalize and submit the order.

  22. Orders Tab The Master Planner Tab Menu allows the User to see the general status of their order. The Orders Tab is also where PDF files can be collected, after approval. The RED Arrow/Document icon indicates a downloadable file is available

  23. Delivery Time on Printed Materials From our Print Production Facility we can reach 141 Million People within Two Business Days using UPS Ground.

  24. Order Approval All orders (pdf, email or printed) will be reviewed by MBCI marketing team. Order acknowledgement will be sent once order is approved. For PDF downloads, you must reaccess the site to download your PDF file.

  25. Select the Campaign Guidance Button

  26. Select a Campaign for total program support materials.

  27. Select a Document to customize from the available items on the page. Click on the desired thumbnail image to begin. Download the “checklist or guides” and support materials to get you started.

  28. HTML Email templates Before starting an HTML Email Build be sure to download the HTML Email Walkthrough available from any of the Branded or Campaign Guidance Email Templates.

HTML Email Templates Email Templates are available under each Brand Section as well as in the Campaign Guidance section • To create an HTML Email – • Start with a simple database saved as a .CSV file • Include Company Logo? – Be sure you have it available for upload • Gather all of your contact info • Name • Address • City – State – Zip • Phone Number • Web Address • Email Address

  30. Email Database Keep it simple – use the Recipient FirstName, LastName and Email Address and Save As a .CSV file from Excel BEFORE starting to build your Email.

  31. Include your Logo? If your want to include your company logo have it available for upload from your computer BEFORE starting to build an HTML Email

  32. Email Creation Start building your HTML Email – Fill in the open fields with the necessary information Note – HTML Products do not have thumbnails.To see a Preview click the HTML PREVIEW button.

  33. Load the Email Database Upload and Map your .CSV file database of Names and Email Addresses After uploading and mapping data fields click “Finish” and submit the order for Approval
