  1. The Good Shepherd and The Bad Shepherd By: Megan Seagears

  2. A Good leader is a Shepherd to his flock.

  3. Jesus, the Good Shepherd. • John 10:14- “I am the good shepherd. I know my sheep and my sheep know me- just as the Father knows me and I know the Father and I lay down my life for the sheep.”

  4. Little Bo Peep “the Bad Shepherd”

  5. Little Bo peep has lost her sheepAnd doesn't know where to find them. • Know your sheep. Leave them alone and they’ll come home,Bringing their tails behind them. 2. A good shepherd gives clear directions. *don’t let your sheep wander, guide them.

  6. Little Bo peep fell fast asleepAnd dreamt she heard them bleating,But when she awoke, she found it a joke,For they were all still fleeting. • Don’t be lazy, especially when a problem arises.

  7. Then up she took her little crookDetermined for to find them. She found them indeed, but it made her heart bleed,For they left their tails behind them. CONSEQUENCES: #1. As leaders, if we don’t start off doing our job correctly and responsibly our sheep will suffer and so will we.

  8. #2. Clean up the mess. It happened one day, as Bo peep did strayInto a meadow hard by, There she espied their tails side by sideAll hung on a tree to dry.She heaved a sigh, and wiped her eye,And over the hillocks went rambling,And tried what she could,As a shepherdess should,To tack again each to its lambkin.

  9. John 10:12-13- “The hiredhand is not the shepherd who owns the sheep. So when he sees the wolf coming, he abandons the sheep and runs away. Then the wolf attacks the flock and scatters it. The man runs away because he is a hired hand and cares nothing for the sheep.”
