AGREED FOLLOW-UP ACTIVITIES (1) • to continue with the three projects implementations in the presented way; • project management teams: • inform. resource: Pekka (?), Margret, Edvins, Dick, Daniel? • visions: Peter, Saulius, Helge, Ignacio, Daniel, John? • parcel-INSPIRE: Julius, Wilhelm, Claude, Francis; • by at latest at 31 August 2006: • framework for benchmarking/information resource + the first collection of a few indicators in EG member organizations, • vision statement 2015 on the cadastres and land registries in EG’s member organizations (to be discussed with the PCC,

AGREED FOLLOW-UP ACTIVITIES (2) ELRA), • inventory on the role of the cadastral parcel in INSPIRE + regular information to the NMCAs; • to organize a Workshop on regulatory and collaborative aspects between NMCAs and land surveyors in Lithuania in 2006; • to continue with the regular forum of cadastral and land registry key players in Europe – to reconsider in what framework; • to continue with raising awareness campaign and lobbying in relation to the adoption of a new directive INSPIRE; • to raise awareness about the C&LRExG activities horizontally in EG;

AGREED FOLLOW-UP ACTIVITIES (3) • to organize the 3rd meeting of the C&LRExG in (place) in spring 2006 – proposals for hosting? • kind offer from the Austrian delegation (BEV - Julius Ernst, Gerda Schennach) with the proposal to organize a meeting in the related timeframe of the 2006 PCC Plenary – dates to be agreed

PRACTICAL ISSUES • very useful to have a practical demonstration of running systems or their visions of the hosts or other interested organizations; • any kind of suggestions or critiques always welcome; • delivery of *ppts for the Web publication; • digital photos kindly requested to be sent to Bozena – after making a selection they will added to the EG Web page /bozena.lipej@gov.si/;
