Challenge • Taking the role of a design engineer for Airbus they would like you to investigate new ideas for place design. • To do this you are going to attempt to model an efficient aircraft that can achieve the furthest distance using minimal materials and fuel. • You are going to be provided with 1 sheet of A4 paper to produce your model, you will have 15 minutes to develop your idea. • You will need to test your design against the rest of the class. • Your plane needs to be thrown 3 times by 3 different people, with the plane that travels the longest distance being the most efficient.
