  1. Who’s Got the Power?

  2. The Constitution balances the power shared among the 3 branches of government by giving each branch power to keep the other branches in “check”.

  3. You will form teams of 3-4 persons each. All teams will be given a situation and must decide which branch of government is responsible for the stated action. Declare Your Power

  4. If your team answers with the correct branch of government, your team will earn 10 points. Declare Your Power

  5. After giving a correct answer, your team can earn 20 bonus points by stating which branch can check that power. Check on Power

  6. A final challenge will be revealed at the end of the game for 50 additional points. Good Luck,Teams! A Final Check
