Board Meeting • Organizational Overview -Nate Hux • PHA Bylaws can be found online: www.phaprowlers.com, click on home then documents • PHA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization • Members: “Members” are defined as the family of PHA player • Board Structure: • Executive Board of Directors: President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary: elected at our end of year banquet • 3 at large members: elected at the annual team kickoff party (Puck Drop Party) • All 7 members have voting rights to make organization decisions • At least 2 of the seven board members must be associated with the JV team • President Emeritus (non-voting board member): Chosen at the end of the year banquet • Must have at least one full member meeting a year (we currently have 2, end of year banquet and team kickoff party) • Board will meet a minimum of 4 times per year (we currently meet every month) • Members wanting to discuss specific topics may submit requests 7 days prior to board meetings • Meeting Minutes are posted on line (same pathway as finding PHA Bylaws)
