  2. How did the Woodland Indians make their clothing? • The Woodland Indians made their clothing out of buffalo skins and many other animals. The Woodland Indians used every part of the buffalo.

  3. What weapons did the Woodland Indians use? • The Indians used guns, knives, and arrows to kill buffalo and small game. They also used them to defeat other Indian tribes.

  4. What kind of ceremonies did the Woodland Indians have? When one of the members of the tribe died theyheld a cry ceremony and the wore a special shirt.

  5. What kinds of houses did the Woodland Indians build? • The Woodland Indians lived in and built Tipis, Grass houses, Adobe houses, Long houses, and Wing-Wam houses.

  6. What did the Woodland Indians eat? • The Woodland Indians ate corn, beans, squash, deer meat, beaver, bison, and bear.
