Other sanitation rules • Use a tool instead of hands • Sit in a seat, not on the counter • Refrain from touching hair, clothes, and face • If you have a wound, cover it with a band-aid and a glove. Wash said glove like you would your hand. • Wear appropriate clothing—nothing baggy, closed-toed shoes. • Place bags and purses away from food prep area.
