  2. K122014 iCademy Summer School Offering Summary iCademy offers 16 online credit recovery courses, 19 online credit-bearing high school courses, including 4 World Languages. K12 2014 iCademy Start Dates and Pricing Semester A of a Full Year Course can be taken during Session 1 or Session 2, while Semester B of a Full Year Course can be taken during Session 3 or Session 4 One semester courses can be taken during any of the summer sessions. Materials fees vary by course Course extension is allowed at $100 for up to 1 week (7 calendar days)

  8. Keystone Policies - Payment and Refund Terms, Extensions Keystone Credit Recovery (Print and Online) Payment - Full payment required at time of enrollment via check, credit card, or money order. Refund- Refund less $27 processing fee and less original shipping within 10 days from date of enrollment, nothing after 10 days. Extensions- Extensions must be requested by the authorizing school official prior to the due date; no charge to extend. Keystone Standard Offering Payment - payment in full at time of enrollment in the form of check, credit card or money order or Keystone Payment Plan (KPP), which is 25% down plus S/H at time of enrollment, and then monthly payments spread over 4/7/9 months. Refund- New students eligible for a money back guarantee within 30 days from date of enrollment for all fees except S/H. Beyond that, students submitting at least one assignment every 30 days maintains pro-rated refund eligibility for a term of one year from date of enrollment; refund based on percentage of coursework completed. 12 months are given from the original date of enrollment. Extensions- Students may extend courses for 3 months for an additional $50. Only 2 extensions are allowed.
  9. World Language Summer School Offering K12 also offers 17 Independent Study World Language courses to consumers. Teacher support for these courses is available through MIL teachers. World Language Sampler Includes one month worth of materials for multiple languages Chance to explore a language before committing to it full time Price of this course applied towards the full time course, if student buys it Elementary/Middle – Spanish, French, German (10 lessons, 60 activities each) High School – Spanish, French, German, Chinese (10 lessons, 120 activities each) World Languages are not bound by summer session start dates and may start anytime, if students are not taking these through iCademy.

  11. Middlebury Monterey Language Academy (MMLA)
  12. Middlebury-Monterey Language Academy (MMLA) An intensive four-week summer language immersion program. Grades: 8-12 Languages: Spanish, French, Chinese, German and Arabic Locations: Held simultaneously on three U.S. college campuses and two sites abroad providing students with pre-college life experience. When: Academies start June 22 and run through July 17, 2014 Students commit to the Middlebury Language Pledge® – No English Spoken Here® –to remain in their language of study throughout the four weeks.

MMLA Dates & Tuition Benefits of the Summer Academies: The Academies use the incomparable Middlebury immersion learning pedagogy, based on Middlebury College’s famed Language Schools.  In just four weeks at the Academy, 88% of students accelerate their language learning by one full level and 45% of all students gain two or more levels on the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Language's language proficiency scale. Students gain confidence while communicating in real-life settings such as: cultural events , hands-on culinary activities, participating in sports, and taking in live theater, performances and more. This unique summer experience not only helps prepare students for college but also for life in our 21st Century global marketplace. Academies are held June 22- July 17, 2014. Final payment due by May 15.
