WIN access is granted by assigning the student goal in KAERS. LOGIN TO THE KAERS SYSTEM AND SELECT THE STUDENT TAB FROM THE “DASHBOARD” OR WELCOME PAGE. Select Student module in KAERS. CLICK ON SEARCH STUDENT. Identify student and click on pencil icon to edit. Click Pencil icon to edit.

  1. WIN access is granted by assigning the student goal in KAERS • LOGIN TO THE KAERS SYSTEM AND SELECT THE STUDENT TAB FROM THE “DASHBOARD” OR WELCOME PAGE

  2. Select Student module in KAERS CLICK ON SEARCH STUDENT

  3. Identify student and click on pencil icon to edit Click Pencil icon to edit

  4. After clicking pencil icon , the edit screen appears Select enrollment tab to get to goals selection

  5. Getting to goals tab for WIN You are now in the Enrollment screen Click on goals tab from the student module in AErin SELECT GOALS

  6. Goals screen Select blue down arrow SELECT WIN KYVAE from dropdown

  7. STUDENT MUST HAVE VALID EMAIL! • KAERS WILL GENERATE AN EMAIL TO STUDENT WITH LOGIN AND PASSWORD TO KYVAE

  8. Student must log in to KYVAE for WIN access

  9. Student selects WIN from ‘My Courses’ As a new student, WIN is probably the only course listed

  10. Returning students could have many courses

  11. Student may choose any subject

  12. Student selects subject area to start Our student selects math to begin

  13. First time student accesses course Since this is the first time this student has accessed the subject, he must take the placement test

  14. First page after clicking ‘Placement test’

  15. Passes first level

  16. Fails second level & must enter Level 2 lesson

  17. Student enters level 1 or 2 OR retakes placement test to opt for a higher level

  18. Instructor Screen has an ADMIN button Instructors may click on the ADMIN button to get to the administrator console
