Assigning Permissions Mapping out intended permissions helps initial set up Use Custom Reports Create groups based on user navigation needs through folder structure Master group of all users for directory containing sub group users Sub groups for subdirectories within directory Any access to a directory permits page creation/upload Use Custom Reports Verify users are assigned to the proper groups Verify group assignment to pages/directories
