TITLE 1 SCHOOL • As a Parent/Guardian of a Student in a Title I School: • You Have a Right to Know if Your Child is being Taught by a Highly Qualified Teacher • That Sent Home Earlier in September with Your Child and We Have on File in Our Main Office • Our Written Parental Involvement Policy • School/Home Compact • You are Invited to our Parent Information Meetings • 1st Thursday of the Month, Except April 2015 (Wednesday 4/1/15)

PARENT SIGN-OUT PROCEDURES 8:45am Doors Open for Students to Enter Building PARENTS/GUARDIANS PLEASE: • Early Dismissal-Provide a Note with Date/Time Walkers/Car Riders/Adult Pick-Up • 3:35pm Gym Hallway for Sign Out • Send in Note in Advance • In Accordance with CSD Policy-All Requests Must be in Writing • Person Picking Up Student (Must be At Least 18yrs.) • Adult Must be on Pick-Up List • Show Current ID each Time
