Challenges to WSHP to INDIA • Lack of policy framework to support WSHP • Paucity of health promotion professionals • Focus primarily on occupational health • Lack of organized players • Cultural diversity – a challenge for program development • Weak knowledge and research base • Not yet a priority for many companies
