  2. Rodolfo Alvarez • A- amazing person that is ready to work. • Nice guy • Always on time • Learns new things all the time • Young but wise • Tries his best all the time • Intelligent, and ready to learn • Caring for others • Always ready prepared. • Loyal to everyone.

  3. Reflection • Working with the team: it was hard at first because we didn’t know each other. I am an analytical person I was working with a driver and amaible. It was not to difficult. We all worked well together.

  4. summary • Balloon summary: • There is a man that is lost in the air balloon. He is confused and is asking for some kind of help. It is hard for the other person to help him because the lost man does not know where he is going.

  5. Andrea Solis • Andreeeeeeaaa is my name  • Masters all her working assignments. • Independent with any tasks • Amazing, and ready for anything. • Best at everything she does. • Likes to work with others. • Excited to work on any given assignment

  6. Summary #2 • There is man that is lost in a hot air balloon. He does not know where he is at and he wants someone to help him. The other guy isn’t really helping him because there isn’t really much feedback going on in the conversation.

  7. Reflection • We knew we had to get the work done. I am an amiable. Working with the team was not as hard as we thought it would be because our personalities worked together perfectly.

  9. Summary#3 • The story is about man that is having a hard time figuring out where he is at. But then he realizes that he is a hot air balloon. The man that he is asking for isn’t really helping him because they are both confused. At the end the other man cant really help him.

  10. Reflection • It was quiet at first. I am a driver and I wanted everyone to stay on task. It was easy for all us in my group to ask questions and give opinions about the step we were doing in class.
