4. BVP Sanitary Station and Hospital What is a Sanitary Station you may ask. Well a BVP Sanitary Station is where you can brush your build a bears, wipe them down, spritz them, and if they are wet dry them off. A good Sanitary Station should include… • A towel for your build a bears • A paw brush/brush • Soap, washcloth, or spritzer A BVP Hospital is very important to a build a bear community, the beds should always be vacant incase of an accident or illness. Things that are important in a BVP hospital is • 1-5 Vacant beds of pillows • All the BVP and Medical equipment you have

5. Cub Condos All of your build a bears should have cub condos if they are in your community but if you don’t then try to find some Boxes of Pillow beds you could make. After you have lined up all of your build a bears cub condos then be sure to # them and to write there names on the front. Inside there cubcondos you should draw a TV, Phone, Computer, and other things your build a bears can use. You should always have a blanket or washcloth at the bottom of there cub condos and you should store all there personal items there! Your Cubcondos front, should be facing out so can see all of them.

6. Bulletin Board and WorkStation A Bulleting Board is really important in a Build a Bear Community, whether it is a white board or a chalk board, it doesn’t really matter. Your Community Bulleting Board will be where you right the newest information on what is happening, events, and activities pertaining to your build a bears. Your workstation in your build a bear community is also important, because that is where you store important documents, plan, and draw. Your work station should be a small table or desk that could seat 1-2 people, you should store your build a bears birth certificates, paper, markers, maybe a weekly calendar, and any important build a bear stuff.

7. Getting Dressed Why is a build a bear called a build a bear? Because you dress them of course! A dressing station in your community is a must. It should consist of… • A build a bear cardboard wardrobe • Some Boxes or Bins for sorting clothes (depending how many clothes you have) • Build a Bear hangers and a box where can put clothes they have already worn and are ready to hang up.

8. Posters & updating activities Posters are an important additive to any build a bear community. They run the community! Every month you should make a new Weather Wear and Welcome sign for your cub condo. Your Welcome Sign should include a paragraph about what new activites you are hosting and different programs.
