  2. Project Delivery Methods • Region Delivery • In house design • Outsourced design • Delivery through Oregon Bridge Delivery Partners (OBDP) • Outsourced design through subcontracts • Management of Design through Agency ATAs (Stage 1) • Design-Build

  4. Summary of Delivery • Total “Work” Bridges in the Program = 293 • The bridges have been combined “bundled” into 72 separate projects • 24 Region Delivered Bundles • 34 OBDP Delivered Bundles • 14 Design-Build Bundles

Summary of Program Stages • The 72 bundles are delivered in 5 Stages • Stage 1 – 14 Bundles • Stage 2 – 21 Bundles • Stage 3 – 17 Bundles • Stage 4 – 12 Bundles • Stage 5 – 8 Bundles • All bundles in Stages 1-3 are assigned with the exception of the Willamette River Bridge • There are 10 bundles in Stages 4 & 5 unassigned
