Appropriations • Submit budgets to Jimmy Heracklis (treasurer) at joherack@ncsu.edu • Categories for Events • Campus/Community: outreach events, on-campus events, and various events within the community. • Travel: shipping costs, airfare, fuel expenses etc. to and from competitions, conferences, and site visits. • Materials: parts, tools, and other similar resources necessary for the construction of a final product (often a competing element). Appropriations Deadlines • February 16, Thursday- Financial Applications are due by 10:00pm • February 20, Monday- Finance Sub Committee Budget Review Meeting • February 21, Tuesday- Presentations and Financial Reviews • February 22, Wednesday- Initial Appropriations Recommendations by Department Representatives are due by 10:00pm • February 23, Thursday- Appropriations Deliberations • February 26, Sunday- Appeals are due by 10:00 pm, NO LATER • February 28, Tuesday- Appeals and Final Vote (if needed) NC State Engineers’ Council students.engr.ncsu.edu/e-council
