CONTINUOUS INVESTMENT ! www.maryfass.com • 2013As part of our continuous investment, 2 new polycarbonate multiwall lines together with 4 dies were installed in 2013. • With these lines Işık Plastik enriched its product range with 7 wall 16 and 20 mm and 9 wall 25 and 32 mm sheets. • 2013 A CNC panel saw was installed to satisfy growing number of cut-to-size orders of diversifying customer base.

CONTINUOUS INVESTMENT ! www.maryfass.com • 2012company went into a partnership with World’s largest acrylic sheets producer Plaskolite Inc.(Ohio, USA) to erect 12.000 tons cast acrylic plant annualy, in Malatya, Turkey. • 2012A new warehouse of 6000 sqm equipped with panel size racks was brought into service.

STANDARDS & QUALITY www.maryfass.com • ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems • ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems • BRC/IOP Global Standard for Packaging & Packaging Materials • Our products conform with the following standards: • Acrylic Sheets : Turkish standards TSE EN 7823-2 and European Norms EN 7823-2. • Polycarbonate multiwall sheets: Russian GOST R and TSEK of Turkish Standards Institute • We hold the European CE mark for our 12 and 15 mm Sound Block PMMA and polycarbonate sheets for noise barriers.

LABORATORY - 1 www.maryfass.com • OUR LAB is equipped with all necessary labroratory and control equipments. • Laboratory equipments are listed below; • Oven 1 for ash test ; It is able to heat up to 1000 C celcius in order to detect the amount of TiO2 in the formulation of polymers and masterbatches. • Oven 2 for ash test ; It is able to heat up to 1000 C celcius in order to detect the amount of CaCO3 in the formulation of polymers and masterbatches. • Oven 3 for orientation test ; It is able to heat up to 250 C celcius. It is done orientation test on manufactured plastic sheet in order to determine shrinkage and termal stabilty. • Oven 4 for moisture test ; It is able to heat up to 250 C celcius. The oven is used to determine moisture level of raw materials , additives and masterbatches.

LABORATORY - 2 www.maryfass.com • MFI & MVR ( melt flow ındex and melt volume rate ) ; All raw materials , plastic base additives and masterbatches are controlled and recorded with this device. • LT&Haze ( Light Transmission & Haze ) ; It is measured Light transmisson and Haze values of Optical quality , opal and translucent sheets. The values given by the equipment is according to ASTM D-1003 and ISO 13468 – 14782. • Strain Viewer ; Ithas been designed to cover a wide range of strain viewing applications. It is appliedto the quality control inspection of opticalplastics components in orderrtoseeresidualstrains. • Spectrophotometer ; Spectrophotometers are color measurement devices used to capture and evaluate color. As part of a color control program, brand owners and designers use them to specify and communicate color, and manufacturers use them to monitor color accuracy throughout production.

LABORATORY - 3 www.maryfass.com • UV Microscope ; The microscope has special light source and filter to measure thickness of coextruded UV layer of plastic sheets in micron. • Optical Microscope ; The microscope is used to determine very fine bubles , pinholes and defects on optical quality sheets. • Ageing Test Device ; Withitsspecial UV wavelenghtlightsource , plasticsheets can be testedtoseeitscolordegradation in outdoorconditions. • LightCabinet ; light booths simulate a variety of lighting conditions, enabling visual color assessors to conveniently evaluate product colors with confidence and consistency. • Incubator ; Laboratory incubators provide a controlled, contaminant-free environment for safe, reliable work with cell and tissue cultures by regulating conditions such as temperature, humidity, and CO2. Microbiological incubators are used for the growth and storage of bacterial cultures.
