  1. Climate Change Hunger and Povertyshould not existHow!!!!!!!!

  2. Suggestions for Poverty and Hunger Alleviation • Increasing (or give them back) local peoples ownership of control over their resources, and right to manage their land is essential; • Supportive framework of policy and legislation relating to land degradation, forestry, land tenure, local government reform for more freedom for local communities; • Real participation and community owner ship is imperative; • Allowing traditional institutions to function. This work by removing constraints and rigid laws; • Management should be decentralized to the lowest appropriate level;

  3. Access to resources and control over them increase the willingness of individuals and groups to manage them sustainably. The development of an participatory policy framework will contribute to this. • Establishing right to resources and ownership as it was before nationalization of the states • Security of tenure in determining how rural people can improve their livelihoods and reduce their poverty. Tenure encompasses the rights of secure, long-term access to land and resources, their benefits, and the responsabilies related to these rights; • Some aspects of poverty alleviation: expanding assets of poor, encouraging private investment of poor with the same criteria as multinational and capacity building for that, pro-poor market reform for this goal

  4. Real debt relief means not considering the developing poor as a beggar, taking in account that developed countries are using the natural resources of the same poor of the developing countries! • Addressing social inequalities, enhance public participation in the process of decision making, public administration reform, legal reform, coping with natural disasters, giving back to agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries and forest production their real value and ownership to local communities; • Rights to use land should be return to local communities for alleviating hunger, right to use land is a human right, this right should help for having access to food for reducing poverty. Most of the poverty is in rural area; • State should rethink the priority of food security and food production in their National Budget Line

  5. Strengthening or Guaranteeing access to natural resources will contribute to secure livelihood for the people who depend on them. This implies that rural people will have more decentralized control over the resources which they have traditionally used and managed them with their local sciences and experiences coming through centuries; • Do not favoring western ideas without deep and strong feasibility studies; • Implication of collaborative management of natural management involves a partnership between stakeholders especially protected area authorities and local communities;

  6. Producing food should be the top priority sector of the governments and their administrations and not armament expenses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! • Every morning even if we are the most powerful and industrialized countries, the top PRIORITY is to FEED OURSELVES rich and poor are in the same situation. We can’t give our people plane and cars to eat. • This is our Morse signal to the DECISION MAKERS, RULERS and STATES PARTIES RESPONSIBLES
