  2. Registration • Email with secure transmission will give you your log-in credentials. • Username is 6 numbers • Password is 4 numbers • Important registration step • The account has been set up, but you must make sure the organization name matches the format FLVS FirstnameLastname where you insert your first and last name on file with HRIS

  3. My Profile >> Contact Information

  4. How to send a message in OCN…

  5. Step 1 – Record your message • Call 877-698-3261 • I think you have the option to save the phone number you are calling from so that you don’t have to log in each time you call. • I use my google voice # • You may also have to record a greeting. • “Record and Save” is option 6. This is what I use. • After you are satified with the recording, you can hang up.

  6. Name your Message • Log in to www.onecallnow.com • Click on Audio Library to name your message.

  7. Name your message (cont’d) • Find the message you recorded, rename it using the edit button. Once renamed, click “Save Audio Message”

  8. My Library These will be in here until you delete so you may use them again.

  9. Step 2 – Import a roster • Go to VSA, and export the students you wish to send a message to in Excel format. • You will only need names and numbers, so I have created a tab in VSA that has this info.

  10. You made need to do this for each segment/LMS and put together on one Excel Spreadsheet. • Make sure to only include the student you want to send the message to. • Remove and words such as “Cell:” “Cell (Text):”, “Home:” or “Work:” from the phone number column using the Replace function in Excel

  11. Here is what it should look like: Save this file as an Excel spreadsheet.

  12. Click on Roster under Manage Group in One Call Now

  13. Import a File. • Start import • Find the file you saved. • Replace Roster… Next Step

  14. Verify the format is correct, click next. • Click Import. • You will receive an email stating that your roster has been update when it is finished processing… only takes like 10 seconds generally.

  15. Step 3 – Send your Message • Click “Send a Message”

  16. Click Next (the default is what I always use) • Choose “Audio Library Message”, then select your message you recorded and renamed earlier. Click “Next”

  17. Verify that your uploaded roster is selected. • Click Next

  18. Select the time that you would like the message to start, and click send. • After your message is finished sending (the end of your choosen window, or when all contacts are reached) you will receive an email detailing the results.

  19. Hope this helped ?!?
