  5. What we have done up to now • Got an idea about RCS activities • Visited Izmit RC branch • Collected information about RC activities in Izmit • Consulted to concerned authorities • Generated activities

  6. Alternatives • Foundation of a workshop (Atolye) • Expanding the hospital • Offering first aid training programs to surrounding firms

  7. External Difficulties Faced • Distant location • Lack of communication • Lack of interest of TRCS • Conflict in objectives between TRCS and GRS • Lack of concrete data

  8. Internal Difficulties • Time scheduling • Lack of experience in RC activities • Lack of background knowledge
