  10. SALARIES • JNC Pay Scale The Joint Negotiating Committee. One Side represents employers, the other Youth and Community Workers. The committee negotiates employment conditions for workers and endorses professional qualifications that meet its requirements. (Doesn’t change regularly due to negotiation process)
