  3. Campus Portal • 4th and 5th grade parents can check student’s SUMMATIVE grades online! • Ask Beth Lauren for a campus portal activation key. You need to show them a picture ID and then they will give you the key which is a code that you need. • Go to the web site below. There is a link to this page from the front page of the Forsyth County site. • https://campus.forsyth.k12.ga.us/campus/portal/forsyth.jsp?1294Nav=|&NodeID=218&lang=en • Click on the top link and put in your activation key and follow the directions. I will expect quality work and will provide ample opportunities for student success as well as clear expectations for assignments.  The grade will reflect student understanding of the subject matter.

  5. Dress Code • Please see pgs. 12-14 of the Forsyth County Code of Conduct for the Dress Code • “Hot Items” – Skirt/short length – beyond finger-tip length; sleeveless – follow the 3 finger-rule

Transportation ***PLEASE NOTE*** ALL  transportation changes MUST be cleared through the front office in writing (a signature must be on file) Please SEND IN a note WITH your child (not by email) or leave a note at the front desk before 2:30pm. *FRONT DESK: (678) 965-5041  (EXT 361001)  For the safety and security of your child, transportation changes received by voicemail and/or email will not be accepted.
