What is coronavirus? • Corona virus is a large family of viruses that cause illness ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases. • What is COVID-19? • COVID-19 stands for "corona virus disease 19". It is the infectious disease caused by the recently discovered coronavirus. • The origin of this virus is food market in the Wuhan city of China.

  3. HOW DOES COVID-19 SPREAD? • It is spreading rapidly everywhere. It spreads from person to person through respiratory droplets. • It spreads through coughing, sneezing without covering mouth, touching and shaking hands with infected person, making contact with object that has virus on it. • After infection it may take 3 to14 days for a person to notice symptoms.

  4. Most common symptoms: Symptoms are very common and mild. • Fever • Dry cough • Tiredness • Breathing difficulty • Sore throat • Headache • Sneezing are the basic symptoms. People having cold with running nose need not worry about the virus.

  5. How to save yourself? • Prevention is always better than cure! Taking following precautions can prevent you from this virus. • Wash your hands frequently, avoid touching face, mouth, eyes, nose etc. when hands are dirty, stay away from crowded area and animals, avoid outside food, cover your mouth, avoid smoking and wearing multiple masks, drink enough water, stay at least 4 feet's away from person who is coughing or sneezing, use disinfectants on objects that we use a lot like phone, computers, utensils etc..

Corona and social media • Social media is always good to certain extent but it becomes dangerous if we become addicted to it. • To get updated about coronavirus through social media is good but getting threatened by daily updates of corona virus & its severity, then social media is more dangerous virus than corona virus. • Only use social media to keep yourself updated about virus and not to be threatened by it and kill yourself by its pressure even before corona does.

  7. how to utilize this time positively? • Everything is beyond human control except taking care of ourselves. That is the most we can possibly do. Now think about utilizing this period positively. • Multiple sectors which are severely impacted by corona virus are travel industry, shopping mall, movie theaters and possibly all crowded places. • Rather than counting down the market loss they have incurred due to corona virus, its time to take this situation positively by working on the pitfalls of your system and making it even stronger to make it stand in the coming competition once the coronavirus is out of the picture.

The industry that got severely impacted by this virus is travel industry as booking have been cancelled around the world. • So this is not the time to be really concerned about it but its more about how you take it. • Don't get stuck in the presence but try to see the future when the virus is totally gone. • Try working on your most awaited pending tasks, try working on your systems flaws & improvements to represent to your customer the better version of you. • So start working on it. Virus is temporary but your reputation and customer experience is permanent.
