Graduation Requirements • Math – 4 Credits • English – 4 Credits • Social Studies – 5 Credits • Science – 4 Credits • Foreign Language – 3 Credits of the same language • Fine Arts – 2 Credits of the same fine art • PE – 1.5 Credits • Professional Communications – 1.0 Credits • Technology – 1 Credit • TOK– 1 Credit • Other Electives – 2.5 Credits TOTAL # of Credits = 29 + successful completion of the EOCs + 100 hours of community service ** IB Diploma Candidates will have additional requirements based on the program**

Communication of Rank • Internal Communication of Rank • Rank will be communicated to students and their families who are in the top 25%: • at the end of sophomore year • at the end of junior year • at the end of every semester senior year • For those below 25%, students and their families will be told what quartile they are in during the times listed above.

  9. Math (1.0 Credit) • 10th Grade • Geometry MYP • Geometry Honors • Algebra II MYP • Algebra II Honors • Pre-Calculus • Pre-Calculus Honors

  10. Foreign Language (1.0 Credit) • Foreign Language • 3 Years of the SAME language starting in 9th grade • Spanish II • Spanish III • Spanish III Honors • French II • French III • French III Honors

  12. Technology (1.0 Credit) • All 10th grade students MUST select one of these courses and also select an alternative technology course (#1 & #2). • Computer Programming • Principles of Art, Audio/Video Tech. • students MUST have a background in Art to take this course • Video Game Design

Registration Schedule • March • Presentations and registration in English classes • Follow-up on case-by-case basis by counselors • See counselors for questions or changes to requests • April • Requests finalized in Powerschool Any revision to the schedule must occur prior to the first day of school, August 2014. No changes will be honored thereafter, unless a mistake has been made via the counseling office.
