  2. Class Constitution We the students of the 5th Grade Class, in order to form a more perfect education, do ordain and establish this social contract. Article 1. Focus on the speaker and stay on topic

Discipline and Consequences When a community agreement has been broken teacher will give the student the following: • A visual or verbal cue • A reminder of the broken agreement • A Think Sheet (parent communication) • If the problem persists, we will have a meeting with parents/guardians, teachers, and, if needed, the principle • Serious infractions will result in a phone call to parents as well as a Discipline Referral
