  10. Socio-Economics BCLME: ongoing 6 big projects – training is built in but is difficult to measure. Consultants required to work with junior staff and students. • Ecosystems Approach BCLME: ongoing 2 big projects with very high training and capacity building measures built in, targeting all stakeholders including industry and government. e.g. Fisheries Economics, modelling, and others.

  11. Extra (& essential)-point for training development:(response to “institutional setting of T&CB” need) BCLME Training Officer(ia, ltd) (Activity Center Director ?) Terms of Reference for Professional Officer Job description and minimum qualifications Task: to set up a curriculum and programme of short courses for the BCLME region (including RBB). Share costs with BENEFIT $ 30 000 per year
