Core Services: • Guidance and counseling • Diagnosis and Treatment of Impairment (Restoration) • Training • Job-Related Services • Rehabilitation Technology • Support Services: • Any other service VR provides to consumers in support of one of our core services. They are all subject to the financial needs test. • Examples: Transportation, books, work clothes, equipment, etc. VR Services

  5. 5 VR Expectations for CRP Services • Gather, analyze, and apply information • Develop relationships and communicate effectively • Be knowledgeable of training techniques and resources • Utilize impactful documentation to justify services • Support consumer success

  10. Support Consumer Success • Follow-up and Support • Extended Services (LTVS) • 30-60-90 day follow-up • Verify with client and employer
