Goals in Petrea-rehabilitation • To continue working in the same working environment through learning and trying new ways of taking care of oneself • To maintain working ability and well-being by determing personal goals • To identify necessary changes • To set in motion a process to enable changes in health behaviour

To reassess and develop working methods in the working place • To develop working conditions and methods both individually and in the working community • To integrate the rehabilitation process in the working place and occupational health care • To take advantage of the existing communal resources through home assingments • To support a general development process between the work and the working place
