Setting And Characters • The setting is at Ramona’s house, Her school and Howie’s house. • The characters are Ramona, Howie, Yard Ape, Mrs. Quimby, Mr. Quimby and Beezus.
Ramona • Ramona is funny, silly, weird and wacky. She is good in school. She doesn’t like playing with Willa Jean. She doesn’t like tong and she doesn’t like Yard Ape. On the cover she has tan skin, black hair, a white shirt, blue jeans and sneakers. She is cool, smart and full of fun!
Author’s Purpose • Ramona is thinking that third grade would be easy but it is hard for her. Trying to do better in school for her mom and dad. Third grade is harder then it seems. I learned that some grades are harder then it seems.
Book Recommendation • I want this book to be read because it teaches you how ruff some grades can be.
Connections • [T.T.S.] Third grade is hard for me to. [T.T.S.] I to cook dinner too. [T.T.S.] I got sick to because I was crying to much.
Creating Images • When they were cooking dinner I though that they were going to do it rite, I though Yard Ape was Howie, and I though Beezus would miss Ramona.
